Refund Policy :

Thanks for purchasing our products at Giggle Grass.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 10 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

Please note that unless the product(s) are faulty, we will reserve the final rights for a refund of the product.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

For unaccepted prepaid orders, to and fro shipping charges will be deducted from the order value and the remaining amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Return Process :

To return an item, please email customer service at support@thegigglegrass.com to obtain the label and tracking number. After receiving the return label, place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other], and mail your return to the following address:
